Come one, come all, come join Cassie for some games at her home in the Avenel section of Woodbridge. Bring your favorite games or enjoy them from the collection supplied. House preference is Hidden Identity, but all game types are available.
Snacks are welcome but not required. This is a vaccinated persons-only event (honor code). We end the night at 11:00 PM.

Our host selects a restaurant from our ever-evolving rotation of local eateries, which satisfy our requirements of adequate free parking, reasonable prices, group seating, and good food. We send out an email each week to let everyone know the next Tuesday’s restaurant.
When: Every Tuesday at NOON

Do email us of your expected attendance -that helps us obtain appropriate seating. If you make a last-minute decision just show up, we can always squeeze another person or two at our table. We offer two different options to take the Mensa Admission Test: Test sessions proctored by Local Group volunteers and private test sessions administered at more than 400 approved testing facilities nationwide.

Until further notice testing sessions will be open to walk-ins. However, a walk-in does not automatically have guaranteed reserved seating for an examination. So by all means contact the Mensa Testing Contact as soon as possible to reserve a seat for the examination. Testing sessions will be restricted to a maximum of six testing candidates for each testing session because of physical limitations of the testing venue, social distancing, and other restrictions of COVID-19. The wearing of a facial mask is optional. If you have not contacted the Testing Contact by email and/or telephone, by all means do so. When you contact the Testing Contact by email at centralnjmensa@gmail.com, please include a telephone number in the email. At that point I should be able to tell you, whether or not there will be an open slot for you to be able to attend the testing session. If there is not an open slot for attendance at a testing session, then your name will be added to a waiting list. If the waiting list is growing at a fast rate and the next testing session is more than two weeks in the future, then I will see about setting up another testing session. Testing date and locations are subject to change. Persons, interested in taking a Mensa test, should check this site frequently for any last minute changes to testing dates and locations.

CNJM holds a gathering each month on a variety of eclectic topics that have included: guitar-making, military police dog demonstration, NJ tombstone markings, revolutionary war mutinies, and quantum physics proving love (to name a few).
